Health doesn't just mean eating clean. It is a multitude of factors, including environmental, mental and what you put on your skin. Here at the Wellness Kitchen, we teach the clean eating part, so I thought I would include something I use everyday...dish soap.
I create my own hand soap, household cleaners, bug sprays, laundry detergent, etc and know that each thing I make will be safe for my home and my skin and for my family.
Here is a simple recipe for dish soap. You can vary the scent based on which essential oil you use.
This recipe is from "SHE uncovered".
